I recently spent a night at the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's antique decor and cozy atmosphere instantly made me feel at home, perfectly complementing my love for Ireland's rich history. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making our stay incredibly pleasant, and our dinner at the Poets Corner Bar was delicious, serving up local dishes that truly felt like a taste of Clare. I would highly recommend this charming hotel as a base for exploring the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher and the stunning landscapes of the Burren, all while enjoying the vibrant local culture.
